Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available for all domestic Swiss orders over CHF 100.-. All other shipping charges are now calculated for each shipment individually. We calculate the shipping charges based on your address, which you have to enter in the checkout/ registration process. We use real time shipping calculations for both European and International shipments to save you more money. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us. We ship all items out the next business day via the method you chose.
You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have real time inventory on our site and all orders will be shipped out the following business day once your order has been placed. Rest assure, if we see any orders that do not have components that work well together, we will notify you before your products are shipped. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for orders is made when you check out. We do our best to give you the best prices online for skateboarding products. Prices are non negotiable. We run promotions all the time but the promotion prices are only good during the time the promotion is running.
To view orders you must log into the account you created during your checkout process and click on the order history link. To track your order, click on the track order link at the top of your account page. Tracking emails will also be sent after your order ships. If you did not create an account you cannot place an order, view your order history or track orders from our site. You will need to contact us for information regarding your order information.
Updating Account Information
If you need to update your account information, you can log in and make edits at anytime. Please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct when you begin your checkout process. If you need to change your order information after your order has been placed, please call us directly so that we can accurately update and modify your order.

We and our payment merchant (Swiss Post Finance) don’t store any credit card information. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express card or PayPal for all of your purchases in a 100% safe and secure environment using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) with your privacy protected. All Credit Cards transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway (Swiss Post Finance) or, if you choose, you may process your card through PayPal. You also have the option to check-out using the cash in advance payment method where we send you our bank account details for direct bank transactions. Once we’ve received your payment the shipping will be initiated.
